Customer Service Representative

We are urgently hiring a highly dedicated and energetic individual to join our growing family as a Customer Sales Representative.
• Provide customer service to both inbound and outbound calls
• Diligent and creative in pitching sales/up sell
• Maintain an up-to-date database
• Ensure high positive customer-satisfaction
• Address and provide solutions to customer concerns
Requirements
• Good English Communication (verbal and written) skills
• With basic knowledge in computer (hardware and software)
• With BPO experience
• Keen to details
• Willingness to provide extra-mile

• Quick-learner
• Must be residing within Cebu City or nearby provinces
• Must be willing to work on-site
