Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least High School or Senior High School Diploma or College Undergraduate, College Graduate is a plus
- With at least 1 year CSR / relevant work experience
- Amenable to WORK ON-SITE
- Amenable to work in any shifting schedules especially graveyard shift
- Average to excellent communication skills
- Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
- Can start ASAP!!!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- We observe 1 day hiring process.
