Description of the Position
The Digital Solutions Manager - Agency Sales establishes and maintains client relationships with his/her key accounts to generate revenue and/or sustain revenue and profit growth.
Responsibilities
The Digital Solutions Manager - Agency Sales will be responsible for the following:
- Acquiring new clients and offering solutions best suited to their digital marketing needs. You are expected to master the sales process, from outreach and meetings to presentations, proposal-making, negotiation, winning, and account management.
- Identifying sales opportunities across all digital channels and within the industry to offer to clients.
- Building relationships: Continuously engage with our clients, listen to their needs and feedback, and maintain close communication with them to sustain or gain revenue growth from existing clients.
- Cross-functional relationships: Work collaboratively with our product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to ensure that merchants have the best possible experience.
- Being able to analyze data with the help of our Business Operations team to create an effective digital marketing plan and reports.
Working Conditions
- Work set-up: Hybrid work set-up
- Office address: Unit 804, 8/F BDO Equitable Tower, 8751 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM
Minimum Qualifications: Required Qualifications
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, digital media, or advertising agencies but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in negotiation and/or sales.
- Experience in client relationships and account management is a plus.
Performance Measures
- Achieve revenue and profit targets, as well as the proposal win rate, to meet monthly KPIs for profit targets.
- Reach sales activity targets by acquiring new business from clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in all of Innity’s products and services through product knowledge.
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
