*Overview*
We are seeking a motivated results-driven Global Account Manager to oversee and expand our market presence within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and effectively working with a team to achieve company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and the ability to negotiate effectively in various sales environments.
We focus on Building Supplies, Home Furnishings, Designs, Major Building Supplies, Tiny Home Supplies, Manufactured Homes. Whole Salers, Manufacture Direct.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Manage territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and upselling existing accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with your accounts, our business is strongly built for repeat customers and establishing a book of business.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in building supply or home renovation sales.
- Strong skills in software applications relevant to sales management and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Spanish and other language is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. We are a true international firm.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
