RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Evaluate market conditions, develop account strategies and actions plans to expand current accounts and penetrate new markets
2. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly objectives
3. Ability to negotiate business deals
4. Responsible for customer profiling, service and retention
5. Price quotes, review quote activity and initiate follow ups
6. Perform other duties as assigned
7. Manage a portfolio of clients from specific regions as requested
8. Communicate spot prices to customers via daily telephone ring-rounds and e-mails
9. High volume of inbound and outbound calls
10. Provide sales support for external sales team.
11. Execution of daily spot, bulk and trigger sales
12. Gather market intelligence, provide feedback to management and make recommendations on margin adjustments
13. Responding to price inquiries via phone and e-mail
14. All front-office deal entry and administration associated with the sale, including creating contracts for external sales team
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Petroleum Sales Personnel (B2B and/or Fuel Retailers)
3. Profit-driven
4. With a
5. With a valid driver’s license
6. Experience in strategy development within Sales and Marketing for lubricant sales
7. Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills to work with customers
8. Project management and organizational skills
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

11. Strong attention to details, problem solving, organizational, oral presentation and writing skills
