Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and monitor their progress toward achieving them.
Create and execute sales plans and budgets, taking into consideration market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
